We are thrilled to be offering you secure virtual visits utilizing Kareo, our Electronic Health Record Platform. Our secure HIPAA compliant virtual visits allow you to receive the same quality of services as you would in the clinic.

 

You can call (347) 966-4856, submit an online form, or click "Book Consultation" to schedule your ten min consultation.   During the 10 min consultation the provider will collect some information form you; and if both parties agree, your will receive an intake appointment from our Kareo EHR Platform. All information must be submitted prior to your scheduled appointment whether your payment method is self-pay or insurance.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

❖ Wi-Fi or a wired connection is strongly preferred for a great video visit experience.

2. Use headphones
❖ This will help reduce background noise and keep the dialogue fluent between you and the provider.

3. Be Patient
❖ We don’t anticipate wait times to be more than 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Best Devices
❖ You can use a computer, laptop, tablet, iPhone, iPad and android devices. Access the link from the email you received and access the virtual waiting room.
