Initial Psychiatric Assessment
The initial assessment for new client is 60 minutes. Depending on your history, another appointment may be necessary to make a recommendation for treatment.
Medication
Management and Therapy
This service will be an extension of medication management and are 45 minutes long. Streams of Hope & Wellness mostly specializes in medication management; but will provide therapy sessions on a case-by-case basis.
Medication Management
Follow-up appointments are 20 minutes. This service is a combination of medication management with psychotherapy to customize your treatment plan.
